Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email, password hash (bcrypt), name.
• LinkedIn session data: your li_at cookie and user-agent string. Encrypted at rest with Fernet (AES-128-CBC + HMAC).
• Lead data: LinkedIn URLs, names, headlines, companies you import or scrape.
• Activity logs: per-run logs (which connections were sent, which posts liked, etc.) for 90 days.

How we use it

To run automations on your behalf, render dashboards, send notifications you've enabled, and bill you. We do not sell or share your personal data.

• Hostinger / Hetzner (compute hosting)
• Dodo Payments (payment processor)
• IPRoyal / Bright Data (residential proxy provider)
• Anthropic / OpenAI (AI message generation, only if enabled)
• Telegram (only if you connect a bot for notifications)

Data deletion

Email support@linkbird.io to delete your account. Within 30 days we delete all your data including encrypted credentials, leads, and run logs.

Cookies

The website uses one cookie for authentication (a JWT in localStorage). No analytics or marketing cookies.
