Terms of Service

1. The service

Connected Outreach ("we", "us") provides software tools that automate actions you (the "Customer") would otherwise perform manually inside your LinkedIn account. We do not access LinkedIn on your behalf; we provide a session-cookie–driven runtime that operates as if you were performing those actions yourself.

2. Account, credentials, and security

You provide your LinkedIn session cookie (li_at) and user agent. We encrypt those values at rest using authenticated symmetric encryption (Fernet/AES-128-CBC + HMAC). We will not share your credentials with any third party except as strictly required to operate the service (e.g. routing requests through residential proxies).

3. LinkedIn Terms of Service

LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits the use of automation or scraping tools without their express written consent. Use of Connected Outreach may violate LinkedIn's terms and may result in restrictions on, or termination of, your LinkedIn account. You assume all risk arising from your use of Connected Outreach, and you indemnify Connected Outreach against any claim, loss, or damage arising from your LinkedIn account being restricted, suspended, or terminated.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use Connected Outreach to harass any person, send unsolicited bulk commercial messages in violation of applicable anti-spam laws, scrape data in violation of applicable data-protection laws (including but not limited to GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023, and the CCPA), impersonate any person, or pursue any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments and refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance via our payment processor, Dodo Payments. 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment on a workspace and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked. After the first 14 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day guarantee on the initial payment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connected Outreach's aggregate liability arising from or related to this agreement is limited to the amounts paid by you to Connected Outreach in the twelve months preceding the claim. Connected Outreach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect violation of these terms or applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
